NWF is delighted to announce this morning that it has acquired the share capital of New Breed UK Ltd.
Based in Lancaster, New Breed UK is led by Richard Rolfe and Mark Borthwick who manage a team of 10 and supply total volume of 45,000 tonnes per annum.
New Breed have been a strategic customer of NWF for ten years and their choice to sell their business to NWF is the result of a great trading relationship developed over a number of years and reflects their confidence in NWF to help their business develop and grow.
To manage this new acquisition NWF will continue with the recent successful management model applied to SC Feeds which will see New Breed operate as a separate business, continuing with the structure and format which has made them a success to date. Our role in NWF will be to help support New Breed to continue to grow successfully as required.
