Mycosorb

Mycotoxins are produced by moulds and fungi which can occur is stored feeds and on growing crops such as maize.

Under stress conditions (heat, cold, moisture) the moulds produce mycotoxins which can significantly reduce performance including lower yields, reduced appetite, poor fertility, lameness and teat inflammation and abortions.

Mycosorb® is a yeast extract which binds to mycotoxins in the feed rendering them harmless to livestock. Where mycotoxins have been identified the average response to Mycosorb® is over 1 litre per day increase in milk yield.
